| Our most cost effective compact system, the Elite TTD Plain Label Die Cut Table Top Slitter Rewinder was added to our Elite range to meet demand for a low cost, compact and robust machine to produce and convert plain die cut slitted labels. Designed to accept most styles of rotary die including Focus, Nilpeter, Mark Andy and Gallus, the TT250D is fitted with our unique Rotary Cartridge Slitting system. Also available is a Razor Cartridge system with quick release mechanism, which enables the cartridge to be removed without disturbing the web. |

An efficient, cost effective plain / blank labels manufacturing solution, the efficient machine, runs at speeds of up to 250 metres per minute. Incorporating all the essential standard features of our larger inspection die cut slitter rewinders, has user friendly controls for reduced make ready times. It also features a 2000 linear metre unwind unit with ultrasonic roll compensation and roll end facility. |

The versatile high quality system delivers two machines in one very compact footprint. The robust rotary die cutting unit offers excellent access due to the machines unique design, our easy load die station enables the operator to load dies with very little effort required, the dies are loaded horizontally and not vertically as with most conventional die cutting equipment, the die station has been designed to accommodate most styles of dies i.e Nilpeter, Gallus, MarkAndy, MPS, Focus, etc. |
