The newest addition to our portfolio, the BGM Elite Masteflex inline print and finishing system for narrow web printing has been developed by our highly skilled research and development team. Responding to customer demand the 160 mpm system underpins our ability to deliver robust bespoke build solutions.
Among the key benefits are its extremely fast change over for maximum productivity and flexibility particularly with market pressures for the quick completion of short runs. It also incorporates our Automatic Print Positioning (APP) system for highly accurate plate registration which greatly reduces set up waste for a more cost-efficient print production process. The modular design enables customers to choose the number of print stations that best fits their business mix, too.
As with our other leading systems a digital servo drive provides constant communication between the servo axis for high performance and functionality including advanced diagnostic features while an easy to operate HMI screen enables quick and simple set up.
