Our market leading solution is our flagship BGM Elite FDTR Servo Flexo Die Cut to re-register slitter rewinder. Developed to  convert and finish pre-printed digital, inkjet, or flexo media, this highly flexible system can print, apply additional coating,  die cut, slit and rewind all in register in one, or multiple passes.

The 160 metres per minute (525 feet per minute) servo driven print stations automatically home position the print cylinders enabling re – registration. This aids sustainable operation keeping waste to a minimum. The press is equipped with a highly automated user-friendly touchscreen that can also access a web pitch setter allowing up to the minute adjustments of the web path length and automatic stop positioning of the print cylinders in synchronisation with a waste matrix gap.

What makes this system stand out is its flexibility – each print or die station can be switched on or off independently. The result is the ability to offer multiple capabilities such as print to print, die cut to print, print to die cut, die cut to die cut, and slitting and rewinding, all in one process.
