Our hugely popular Multiflex Servo Multiple Substrate Inspection Slitter Rewinder was designed and built to meet developing market trends and in turn growing customer demand. A relatively new addition to the BGM Elite range it is capable of slitting and finishing a wide range of filmic substrates.

As well as the dedicated full servo, the system specifically designed for finishing unsupported film, incorporates leading edge technology including a motion controller that maintains constant communication between the servo axis. The result is a dynamic performance with great accuracy of positioning, speed at 300 metres per minute and substrate tension control.

Maximum flexibility is offered in the shape of single or dual pneumatic lay-on rollers running as a single or dual web advance system with assured control on multiple films and paper. Also aiding responsive production is a highly-automated, operator-friendly touchscreen that incorporates constant diagnostics and machine status.
