The low inertia inspection slitter rewinder, runs an independent servo driven main drive and rewind axis – perfect for slitting and rewinding a broad range of substrates.

A digital servo drive provides constant communication between the servo axis for high performance and functionality including advanced diagnostic features.

An easy to operate HMI screen enables quick and simple set up so once the label amount / linear metre amount is entered the machine will automatically calculate when to slow down and stop the machine. It also incorporates a full diagnostic screen for up to the minute reportability.

One of the key attractions of this system, along with many other BGM machines, is its single phase operation using a three pin plug. Ideal for relocation and simple re installation.
