Our BGM Elite DDTR Dual Die Cut To Register Slitter Rewinder, rotary die cuts pre-printed substrates to register before slitting and finishing offline. Thanks to its versatile design, die cut to register can be completed by two rotary die stations. As with all our highly automated solutions a user friendly touch screen operator interface allows simple selection of the master or slave stations.

Designed and developed with leading edge servo technology, runs at speeds of up to 160 metres per minute while maintaining registration tolerance through acceleration and deceleration. It is our BGM automatic re-register system, developed by our highly skilled development team that enables the operator to set the die cut to register system with a minimum of set up time. It will then automatically maintain registration throughout production. Another of the systems market leading benefits is its ability to produce die cut blank labels, slitted and finished, in one process.
